 No one, literally, would want to be in the place of actor Dean Cain right now. Not even him. About 95% of the 9,000 tweets on Twitter were about the fact that he was a bad actor. With enough news from the Man of Steel, Cain, who played Clark Kent/Superman in "Lois - Clark: The New Adventures of Superman," was preparing an old episode of "A Different World". In addition to being criticized for his racism, he has also been dubbed the "worst Superman of all time".

 Going back to Cain, his stint as a superhero in "Lois - Clark: The New Adventures of Superman" may not have put him on Superman's cursed cast list, but although he was part of Deborah LeVine's four-season series, Cain was never really accepted by the world as Superman. That said, the series went pretty well. She currently gets an 86% rating for Rotten Tomatoes, with critics praising the themes of Lois and Clark's relationship and romance in the series. And for a series from the 90s, when Cain donned his cape and spandex suit quite fluently, he was never able to convince the audience who set the bar high enough when it came to playing the iconic DC superhero. Add to that the whistleblower saga, where he misreconted a former Obama staff member as the whistleblower of Ukraine. Fans who already hated Cain hated him even more after the incident. Not to mention his real misfortunes, the biggest complaint from fans was that Cain had never been a man with a single superman trait. 

 In a recent article, Cain expressed interest in the revival of "Lois and Clark". And despite the success of the time, fans were not very optimistic about a reboot. Reactions on Twitter showed that there was absolutely no love lost. "Is Dean Cain really the Superman of a generation? I go from Reeves to Smallville and from Brandon Routh to Cavill," remarked one fan. There's the Superman of Bizzaro's world and the Dean Cain of Earth, said another. "Please don't ever put that Superman cape back on again, Dean Cain!" read one of the tweets.



"Dean Cain is not Henry Cavill, that's for sure..." wrote one fan. "I see that Dean Cain is fashionable for some reason, so I'm going to use my energy to remind everyone that there's only one real Superman of our time, and that's Christopher Reeve," another tweeter tweeter tweeter. "I don't ask and expect Superman actors to uphold particular moral standards in real life - that would be ridiculous, it's a show - but it sucks that Dean Cain may have been the Superman of a generation before he became very publicly a complete piece of s-t," said one fan. "I don't know why Dean Cain is fashionable, but it reminds me that Christopher Reeve is the only Superman," said one fan. "Dean Cain is literally the worst thing that ever happened to Superman. It's literally one of the biggest pieces of st I've ever seen and I can't believe he played one of the most humble/loving characters in all of fiction. He and his racist ae," read a fan tweet. "Dean Cain can no longer be considered the best Superman in a discussion. His bre the antithesis of everything Superman stands for. Thank God it looks like none of the other actors are MAGA," says one fan.
